Projects
Watson Drilling is currently engaged on numerous projects throughout New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, & Victoria. We have also completed projects in the Northern Territory.
Some of the sectors we service are:
· Uranium Exploration & Development with a combination of chip sampling, diamond coring, and wellfield installations.
· Geothermal Exploration holes consisting of chip sampling to depth, and the drilling of diamond core tails in HQ3 & PQ3 to 1000 metres. Pressure cementing of casing into bedrock.
· Coal Exploration with chip sampling to depth and diamond tails to 600m in HQ3 & PQ3
· Mineral exploration throughout the aforementioned states for a wide variety of minerals including gold, copper etc.
· Abandonment of exploration holes in accordance with the relevant states requirements.
· Large diameter water bores to 400 metres and 500mm diameter, capable of producing 300 litres per second
· Stock & Domestic water bores as shallow as 6 metres deep, and 100mm in diameter
· Dewatering bore networks for mineral sands mining
· Salt interception dewatering bore networks for the government sector.
· Monitoring bore networks for both the private & public sectors.
· Environmental drilling for government departments.
